Vorschrift

In a manner analogous to that discribed in Example 1, using as starting materials 81 mg of BOC-Phe-His-OH, 79 mg of H-Leu-Val-7-tert.-butoxycarbonyl-heptyl amide, 28 mg of HOBt and 57 mg of DCCI, the title compound is obtained in the form of a colourless powder after flash chromatography (30 g of silica gel 60, 40-63 μm, system: methylene chloride/methanol/concentrated ammonia 800:50:1). Rf (methylene chloride/methanol/concentrated ammonia 500:50:1)=0.33.
