Vorschrift

Suspend 7-(imidazolylcarbonyl)-(1H,3H,5H)-(1)-benzopyrano-(2,3-d)-pyrimidine-4-one-2-thione (0.6 g.) in dry dimethylformamide (20 ml.). With stirring, add 5-aminotetrazole (0.61 g.) and warm the mixture to 65°-75° C. and keep at that temperature for about 3/4 hour. Allow the mixture to cool, pour into water and acidify with hydrochloric acid. Filter and wash with isopropanol and ether to yield 7-(5-tetrazolylaminocarbonyl)-(1H,3H,5H)-(1)-benzopyrano-(2,3-d)-pyrimidine-4-one-2-thione.
