Vorschrift

(R)-methyl 1-(5-(2-(2,5-difluorophenyl)pyrrolidin-1-yl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidin-3-ylcarbamoyl)cyclopropanecarboxylate (Example 33; 24 mg, 0.054 mmol), was dissolved in a mixture solvent of THF/MeOH/water (0.3/0.3/0.2 mL), followed by addition of lithium hydroxide monohydrate (6 mg, 0.14 mmol). After stirring at ambient temperature for five hours, the reaction mixture was diluted with water (15 mL), acidified with 1 N HCl (aq.) to pH˜3, and filtered, giving the final product as a fine white solid (19 mg, 82% yield). MS (apci) m/z=428.2 (M+H).
