Vorschrift

A solution of Intermediate 74e (0.39 g, 1.10 mmol) in DMF (3.9 mL) was treated with imidazole (0.18 g, 2.7 mmol) then chlorotriisopropylsilane (0.28 mL, 1.3 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at RT for 22 h. The mixture was evaporated in vacuo and the residue was partitioned between EtOAc and water. The aqueous layer was then extracted with EtOAc (2×). The combined organic layers were washed with saturated aqueous sodium bicarbonate solution and brine, dried (Na2SO4), filtered and evaporated in vacuo. The residue was purified by FCC, using 0-4% MeOH in DCM, to give the title compound (0.44 g, 79%). LCMS (Method 3): Rt 4.20 min, m/z 520 [MH+].
