Compound 58 was prepared following general synthesis scheme 7 wherein 4-hydroxypyrido[3,2-d]pyrimidine-8-carboxamide (G) was reacted with N—[(S)-2-Amino-2-(2,4,5-trifluoro-phenyl)-ethyl]-N-ethyl-4-nitro-benzenesulfonamide hydrochloride to give the title compound as a white solid. LC/MS [391 (M+H)]; 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 9.92 (s, 1H), 9.13 (s, 1H), 9.02 (d, 1H), 8.57 (s, 1H), 8.38 (t, 1H), 8.18 (s, 1H), 7.66 (dd, 1H), 7.53 (td, 1H), 5.71 (s, 1H), 3.15 (dd, 1H), 2.95 (dd, 1H), 2.67-2.55 (q, 2H), 0.98 (t, 3H).
