Vorschrift

To a solution of tert-butyl (R)-3-(2-ethoxyphenoxy)piperidine-1-carboxylate (73 g, 227 mmol) in CH2Cl2 (300 mL) at 20-25° C. was added trifluoroacetic acid (150 mL). The reaction mixture was allowed to stir at 20-25° C. for 4 hours. The mixture was concentrated under reduced pressure, and the residue was dissolved in H2O (200 mL) and basified with saturated NaHCO3 solution (200 mL). The mixture was extracted with EtOAc (3 times with 200 mL). The organic extracts were dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated to afford (R)-3-(2-ethoxyphenoxy)piperidine (45 g, 89%). MS (ES+) 222.2 (M+H).
