Vorschrift

The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example-3 by using N-(4-chloro-3-(3-(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzyl)cyclopropanecarboxamide (Intermediate-48, 0.050 g, 0.097 mmol), 1-ethynyl-3-(trifluoromethyl)benzene (Intermediate-50, 0.025 g, 0.14 mmol), TBAF (0.061 g, 0.19 mmol), bis(triphenylphosphine)palladium(II) chloride (catalytic) and DMSO (1.0 mL) at 80° C. to afford 0.020 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 0.65-0.70 (m, 4H), 1.60 (m, 1H), 4.31 (d, J=6.0 Hz, 2H), 7.28-7.41 (m, 2H), 7.51-7.61 (m, 4H), 7.67-7.97 (m, 4H), 8.68 (m, 1H), 12.0 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 555.05 (M+H+).
