The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in Example-83 by using 4-iodobenzoyl isocyanate (Intermediate-67, 0.300 g, 0.800 mmol), tert-butyl 2-(2,4-dichloro-5-{[(2,2-dimethylpropanoyl)amino]methyl}phenyl)hydrazine carboxylate (Intermediate-83, 0.397 g, 1.6 mmol), DCM (20 mL), trifluoro acetic acid (5.0 mL) to afford 0.150 g of the desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 1.09 (s, 9H), 4.31 (d, J=4.2 Hz, 2H), 7.40-7.58 (m, 2H), 7.61-7.78 (m, 2H), 7.93-8.02 (br d, 2H), 8.17 (m, 1H).
