The title compound was prepared according to the procedure described in step-1 of Intermediate-30 by using methyl 4-(3-(2-chloro-5-((2,2,2-trifluoroacetamido)methyl)phenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)benzoate (1.00 g, 2.19 mmol), methanol (20 mL) and HO (10 mL) to afford 1.00 g of desired product.
