Vorschrift

A solution of methyl 4-(3-(5-(aminomethyl)-2-chlorophenyl)-5-oxo-4,5-dihydro-1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-methoxybenzoate hydrochloride (0.500 g, 1.29 mmol) in THF (20 mL) was added DIPEA (2 mL) and cyclopropyl carbonyl chloride (0.201 g, 1.9 mmol) under nitrogen atmosphere. The reaction mass was stirred at RT for 2-4 h. The reaction mass was quenched in water, extracted with DCM and concentrated to afford 0.400 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 0.69 (m, 4H), 1.60 (s, 1H), 3.79 (s, 3H), 3.86 (s, 3H), 4.33 (d, J=5.4 Hz, 2H), 7.41-7.54 (m, 3H), 7.61 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.73 (s, 1H), 7.79 (d, 1H), 8.71 (m, H); MS (m/z): 456.97 (M+H)+.
