Vorschrift

To a solution of tert-butyl 2-[(2-chloro-6-fluorobenzoyl)carbamoyl]-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]hydrazinecarboxylate (3.0 g, 6.45 mmol) in DCM (30 mL) was added trifluoro acetic acid (2.0 mL). The reaction mass was stirred at RT for 2-3 h. Excess of solvent was removed at low temperature. The reaction mass was quenched in ice and filtered off to afford 2.0 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 3.86 (s, 3H), 7.51-7.60 (m, 2H), 7.70 (br s, 1H), 8.09 (br s, 4H), 12.79 (br s, 1H); MS (m/z): 348.55 (M+H)+.
