Vorschrift

To a solution of tert-butyl 2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]hydrazinecarboxylate (Intermediate-7, 2.0 g, 7.54 mmol) in DCM (15 mL) was added 2-chloro-6-fluorobenzoyl isocyanate (Intermediate-8, 1.50 g, 7.54 mmol). The reaction mass was stirred at RT for 2 h. Excess of solvent was removed under vacuum to afford 3.0 g of desired product. 1H NMR (300 MHz, DMSO d6): δ 1.42 (s, 9H), 3.83 (s, 3H), 7.24-7.46 (m, 5H), 7.94 (d, J=7.2 Hz, 2H), 9.91 (br s, 1H), 11.34-11.39 (br m, 1H); MS (m/z): 464.06 (M−H)−.
