Vorschrift

To a mixture prepared by adding to meta-trifluoromethylphenol (1.1 g, 0.0034×2.0 mol) successively dimethylformamide and sodium hydride (0.20 g, (ca.60% in mineral oil), 0.0034×1.5 mol), 2-chloro-6-(3-thienylmethyloxy)-4-trifluoromethylpyridine (1.0 g, 0.0034 mol) was added, and the resultant solution was refluxed for about 2 hours.
