Vorschrift

This compound is prepared in a manner analogous to that of Step E of Example 4, using 2.9 grams of (0.0064 mole) of 1-oxo-1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-tributylstannyl-2-propene, 1.2 grams (0.0048 mole) of 2,4-diamino-5-iodo-6-methylpyrimidine (prepared in Step B of Example 3), 0.04 gram of tri-2-furylphosphine and 0.04 gram (catalyst) of tris(dibenzylidineacetone)dipalladium(0) in 30 mL of N,N-dimethylformamide, yielding 2,4-diamino-6-methyl-5-[3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-oxo-1-propenyl]pyrimidine.
