Vorschrift

Oxalyl chloride (2.0 M in CH2Cl2, 2.4 mL, 4.8 mmol, 1.2 eq) was added to a solution of compound 11B (600 mg, 3.95 mmol, 1 eq) in CH2Cl2 (8 mL) containing one drop of DMF. The reaction mixture was stirred at rt for 3 h and then concentrated under reduced pressure to give 680 mg of compound 11C which was used in the next step without purification. D.
