Vorschrift

The product from Example 41 (1.80 g) was combined with 0.90 g 20% Pd/C. in 100 ml methanol and hydrogenated at 4 atm for 4 h. The reaction was filtered and evaporated to yield 1.08 g of the desired product as a white solid, mp: 140-3° C. NMR (d6DMSO) δ 1.70 (m, 1H), 2.02 (m, 1H), 2.60 (m, 1H), 2.78-3.30 (m, 7H), 3.77 (s, 3H), 6.80 (d, 1H), 6.84 (d, 1H), 7.15 (t, 1H).
