Vorschrift

The method of operation is the same as that used for the synthesis of the compound of Example 1 (coupling with 1-ethoxy-1-(trimethylstannyl)ethylene), 2-benzyloxy-6-bromooxazolo[4,5-b]pyridine from Preparation 4 being used instead of the 6-bromo-3-methyloxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2(3H)-one from Preparation 2. The yield obtained is 78%. ##STR49##
