The method of operation is the same as that used for the synthesis of the compound of Example 1 (coupling with 1-ethoxy-1-(trimethylstannyl)ethylene). 6-bromo-3-(cyanomethyl)oxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2(3H)-one from Preparation 3 is used instead of the 6-bromo-3-methyloxazolo[4,5-b]pyridin-2(3H)-one from Preparation 2. The yield obtained is 60%. ##STR48##
