Following the procedure of Example 1 (8), 4-carboxy-2-(4-chlorocinnamyl)-6-(3-fluoro-4-methoxyphenyl)-2H-pyridazin-3-one was reacted to yield the title compound as pale yellow crystals (yield: 17.0%).
