Following the procedure of Example 1 (8), 4-carboxy-2-(4-chlorocinnamyl)-6-(4-fluoro-3-methylphenyl)-2H-pyridazin-3-one was reacted to yield the title compound as slightly yellow needles (yield: 17.2%).
