Vorschrift

To a solution of tert-butyl 4-(4-cyclopropylpiperazin-1-yl)-4-((2,2,2-trifluoroacetamido)methyl)piperidine-1-carboxylate (3.22 mmol) in methanol (8 ml) was added 1 N NaOH solution (13 ml) and the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for 2 h. After completion the reaction mixture was extracted with ethyl acetate (3×). The combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried over sodium sulfate and the solvent was evaporated under reduced pressure to obtain the desired product. Yield: 90%.
