This compound was prepared from 6b using 4-trifluoromethylphenylboronic acid according to method P. Yellow crystals; Yield: 76%; mp 299–300° C.; 1H-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ 7.07 (dd, J=8.8, 8.8 Hz, 1H), 7.12 (d, J=2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.31 (dd, J=9.1, 2.6 Hz, 1H), 7.40 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 2H), 7.49 (d, J=8.0 Hz, 2H), 7.82 (s, 1H), 7.94 (dd, J=8.4, 2.1 Hz, 1H), 7.96 (d, J=9.0 Hz, 1H), 8.07 (dd, J=13.0, 2.0 Hz, 1H), 9.91 (s, 1H), 10.21 (s, 1H); 19F-NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ −136.58 (dd, J=13.2, 9.3 Hz), −61.43 (s); MS (ESI) m/z 398 ([M−H]−), 400 ([M+H]+); Anal. Calcd for C22H13F4NO2: C: 66.17, H: 3.28, N: 3.51. Found: C: 66.09, H: 3.41, N: 3.45.
