Vorschrift

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-methoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (1e) (120 mg, 0.52 mmol), 4,5-diethyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Example (43c) (36.7 mg, 0.22 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (145 mg, 0.76 mmol) and HOBT (35 mg, 0.26 mmol), to obtain 55.0 mg of the title compound as a white foamy substance (66%).
