Vorschrift

The same operation as in Example (1g) was performed using tert-butyl cis(±)-4-amino-3-methoxypiperidine-1-carboxylate obtained by the method described in Example (1e) (0.39 g, 1.67 mmol), 4-bromo-5-ethyl-1H-imidazole-2-carboxylic acid obtained in Example (25b) (0.18 g, 0.82 mmol), WSC hydrochloride (0.49 g, 2.53 mmol) and HOBT (0.11 g, 0.84 mmol), to obtain 0.33 g of the title compound as a white solid (92%).
