Vorschrift

The titled compound (133 mg) was prepared in 49% yield from cis-2-(4-chlorobenzenesulfonylamino)-cyclohexanecarboxylic acid amide and 4-bromomethyl-benzonitrile according to the procedure described in Example 11: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6) δ 7.84 (d, 2 H, J=8.0 Hz), 7.73 (d, 2 H, J=8.0 Hz), 7.66 (d, 2 H,J=8.0 Hz), 7.48 (d, 2 H,J=8.0 Hz), 7.29 (s, 1 H), 6.60 (s, 1 H), 4.63 (AB2,2 H,Δv=16,Jab=76 Hz), 3.84 (m, 1 H), 2.79 (m, 1 H), 2.41 (m, 1 H), 1.64 (m, 2 H), 1.27 (m, 3 H), 0.85 (m, 1 H); MS m/e 454.02 (M+Na)+.
