Vorschrift

A mixture of 5-benzoyl-6-(bromomethyl)-1,3-dimethylpyrimidine-2,4(1H,3H)-dione (Intermediate A, Step 3) (200 mg 0.59 mmol), triethylamine (82 μl, 0.59 mmol) and (S)-1-aminopropan-2-ol (44.6 mg 0.59 mmol) in ethanol (2 ml) was heated under microwave radiation for 1 hour. The reaction mixture was filtered and the residue rinsed with ethanol to afford the title compound.
