Vorschrift

17,17-Bis(ethylendioxy)-6α-vinylandrostane was prepared in 70% yield from 3,3:17,17-bis(ethylendioxy)-6α-formylandrostane (Prepn. 14) by the procedure described above for the preparation of 3,3:17,17-bis(ethylendioxy)-6-methyleneandrostane (Prepn. 13). The crude was purified by flash chromatography (SiO2, n-hexane/EtOAc 88/12). 1H-NMR (300 MHz, acetone-d6, ppm from TMS): δ 5.47 (1H, m), 4.91 (2H, m), 3.94-3.73 (8H, m), 2.00-0.67 (21H, m), 0.88 (3H, s), 0.83 (3H, s).
