Prepared from (4s)-1-azatricyclo[3.3.1.13,7]dec-4-ylamine hydrochloride and thianaphthene-2-carboxylic acid (Aldrich) according to methods A and C; yield 57 mg, 0.16 mmol (50%): 1H NMR (300 MHz, methanol-d4) δ 1.98 (d, J=13 Hz, 2H), 2.20 (s, 1H), 2.36 (d, J=14 Hz, 2H), 2.49 (s, 2H), 3.57 (s, 2H), 3.67 (d, J=2 Hz, 4H), 4.42 (s, 1H), 7.39-7.50 (m, 2H), 7.88-7.96 (m, 2H), 8.12 (s, 1H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 313 (M+H)+; Anal. C18H20N2OS.HCl 0.12H2O: C, H, N.
