Vorschrift

A solution of 9-methyl-6-triisopropylsilanyloxy-1,3,4,9-tetrahydro-β-carboline-2-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester (175 mg) and 0.5 mL of trifluoroacetic acid in 3 mL dichloromethane was stirred for 4 h. The solvent was removed to afford 9-methyl-6-triisopropylsilanyloxy-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-β-carboline trifluoroacetate (125 mg).
