Vorschrift

0.29 g of tert-butyl (2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-ylmethyl)(1-(2-(7-methoxy-2-oxoquinolin-1(2H)-yl)ethyl)piperidin-4-yl)carbamate was added to 10 mL of 4 mol/L hydrogen chloride/ethyl acetate solution, and stirred at room temperature for 22 hours. The solvent was removed under reduced pressure, 2-propanol was added to the residue obtained and the resulting solid was filtered to afford 0.20 g of 1-(2-(4-(2,3-dihydro-1,4-benzodioxin-6-ylmethyl)amino)piperidin-1-yl)ethyl)-7-methoxyquinolin-2(1H)one hydrochloride as a pale yellowish white solid.
