3-[(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)amino]-N-(2-piperidin-1-ylethyl)isonicotinamide was synthesized according to the procedure for General Method 1, outlined above, starting with 2.5 mmol of 3-[(2-fluoro-4-iodophenyl)amino]isonicotinic acid (intermediate 1) and 4.0 mmol of 2-piperidin-1-ylethylamine.
