Vorschrift

A solution of 1-(1-ethylpropyl)-7-iodo-4-mesityl-1H-pyrrolo[3,2-c]quinoline (32 mg, 0.09 mmol), mesitylboric acid (17 mg, 0.10 mmol), Pd(PPh3)4 (5 mg, 4.23×10−3 mmol) and barium hydroxide octahydrate (40 mg, 0.13 mmol) in 2,2-dimethoxyethane (6.0 mL) and water (1.0 mL) was stirred at 80 for one day. After filtering through Celite, the filtrate was diluted with ethyl acetate, washed with brine, dried over anhydrous magnesium sulfate and evaporated. The residue was purified by silica gel column chromatography (10% ethyl acetate/hexane), to give the title compound (17 mg) as white crystals.
