Vorschrift

To a solution of 2-(4-chloro-phenoxy)-2-methyl-propionyl chloride (0.58 mmol) in CH2Cl2 was added (2′-ethylaminomethyl-6-methoxy-4′-trifluoromethyl-biphenyl-3-yl)-acetic acid methyl ester (0.200 g, 0.52 mmol) in triethylamine (0.17 mL, 1.23 mmol), and the reaction was stirred at room temperature for 30 minutes. The mixture was concentrated and purified by silica gel chromatography (10-30% EtOAc in hexanes) to give the title compound.
