Vorschrift

At 0° C., 3.4 g of 2-methyl-4-trifluoromethylthiazole-5-carboxylic chloride is dripped into a solution of 2.3 g of trans-2-sec.-butylcyclohexylamine and 1.5 g of triethylamine in 15 ml of tetrahydrofuran, and the mixture is stirred for 2 hours at 25° C. The batch is diluted with 300 ml of water, extracted twice with tert-butyl methyl ether and dried, the solvent is evaporated off, and the residue is made into a paste with a small amount of pentane. There is isolated 2.3 g of 2-methyl-4-trifluoromethyl-thiazole-5-carboxylic acid-trans-2-sec-butylcyclohexylamide of m.p. 112°-113° C.
