Vorschrift

102.2 g (442 mmoles) Boc-Leu-OH, 98.1 g (485 mmoles) Gly-OBzl.HCl and 55.9 g (478 mmoles HONSu were dissolved in 760 ml dichloromethane added 54 ml N-methylmorpholine. Cooling to 4° C. and addition of a cold solution (4° C.) of 100.1 g (485 mmoles) DCC in 190 ml dichloromethane. The stirring was kept for one day at 4° C.
