Vorschrift

Tert-butyl[(1S,5R,6R)-6-(tert-butoxycarbonylamino)methyl-3-methylbicyclo[3.2.0]hept-3-en-6-yl]acetate (6.4 g, 18.2 mmol) and benzenesulfonic acid monohydrate (3.53 g, 20 mmol) were added to benzene (40 mL), and the mixture was heated with stirring for 2 hours. The resulting solid was collected by filtration to obtain the compound of interest as a white solid (5.8 g, 90%).
