Following the procedure for the preparation of 2-[4-(5-Pyridin-4-yl-pyrazol-1-yl)-phenoxymethyl]-quinoline but substituting (1,1-Dimethoxy-ethyl)-dimethyl-amine provided the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3) δ 8.49 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2 H), 8.20 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1 H), 8.06 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 1 H), 7.83 (d, J=8.3 Hz,1H), 7.74 (m,1H), 7.64 (d, J=8.3 Hz, 1 H), 7.54 (m, 1H), 7.18 (d, J=8.7 Hz, 2 H), 7.07 (d, J=6.2 Hz, 2H), 7.00 (d, J=9.1 Hz, 2H), 6.40 (s, 1H), 5.38 (s, 2H), 2,35 (s, 3H); MS: (M+H m/z=393.4).
