   Temperaturthe reaction mixture was heated at 80° C. during 16 h.

Vorschrift

A suspension of 0.4 g (1.88 mmol) of 7-(pyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidin-5-one in 10 ml of anhydrous N,N-dimethylformamide was treated with 337 mg (2.44 mmol) of potassium carbonate and the resulting mixture was heated at 70° C. for 30 min. 605 mg (2.44 mmol) of methanesulfonic acid 2-(4-fluoro-2-methoxy-phenyl)-ethyl ester was added and the reaction mixture was heated at 80° C. during 16 h.
