Vorschrift

A solution of 3-(3,4-dichloro-phenyl)-1-oxiranylmethyl-1H-pyrazole (30 mg, 0.11 mmol) and 1-(2-methylphenyl)-piperazine (22 mg, 0.12 mmol) in EtOH (1 mL) was heated to 80° C. overnight. Removal of solvent and purification by column chromatography (silica, 0-5% acetone/CH2Cl2) afforded 35 mg (70%) of the title compound. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): 7.89 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 7.61 (dd, J=2, 8.7 Hz, 1H), 7.57 (d, J=2 Hz, 1H), 7.45 (d, J=8.4 Hz, 1H), 7.16 (m, 2H), 6.99 (m, 2H), 6.54 (d, J=2.3 Hz, 1H), 4.31 (m, 1H), 4.18 (m, 2H), 2.93 (m, 4H), 2.60 (m, 2H), 2.47 (m, 3H), 2.88 (s, 3H).
