Vorschrift

A mixture of 4-bromo-2-methyl-6-(((1S,2S)-2-(5-methylpyridin-2-yl)cyclopropyl)methoxy)pyridazin-3(2H)-one (5) (90 mg, 0.26 mmol), tert-butyl (5-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)methylcarbamate (6) (119 mg, 0.52 mmol), Pd(OAc)2 (9 mg, 0.052 mmol), BINAP (36 mg, 0.057 mmol) and Cs2CO3 (127 mg, 0.39 mmol) in toluene (4 mL) under N2 was heated at 85° C. for 20 h. After cooled to rt, The mixture was diluted with EtOAc (20 mL), washed with H2O and brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by column chromatography on silica gel, eluting with PE/EA (1/2) to give the title compound as a oil.
