Vorschrift

Nicotinoyl chloride hydrochloride (286 mg, 1.61 mmol, 1.0 eq) was added at room temperature to a stirred solution of (S)-3-amino-1-N-BOC-pyrrolidine (300 mg, 1.61 mmol, 1.0 eq) in CH2Cl2 (9 mL), followed by triethylamine (337 μL, 2.42 mmol, 1.5 eq). After stirring overnight at room temperature, the reaction mixture was extracted and the organic layer was dried over Na2SO4, filtered and evaporated to afford 457 mg of the expected compound.
