The title compound was prepared by a similar process to that described for Intermediate 17 but using 6-[4-(4-bromophenyl)-1-methyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl]4-(methylthio)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine (Intermediate 67) in place of 6-(1-methyl-4-phenyl-1H-imidazol-5-yl)-4-(methylthio)thieno[2,3-d]pyrimidine (example 7). Pale yellow solid (715 mg, 79%);
