The title compound is prepared from 3-chloro-4-hydroxy-benzoic acid and cis-2,3,4,4a,9,9a-hexahydro-1H-indeno[2,1-b]pyridine following a procedure analogous to that described in Example 1 [2-(7-aza-1H-benzotriazol-1-yl)-1,1,3,3-tetramethyluronium hexa-fluorophosphate is used]. Yield: 32% of theory; LC (method 4): tR=1.96 min; Mass spectrum (ESI+): m/z=328/330 (Cl) [M+H]+.
