Vorschrift

The mixture from Step 2 was dissolved in anhydrous MeOH (50 mL), sodium methoxide (25.6 mmol, 1.384 g) was added and then the suspension was stirred for 15 h at 60° C. The reaction mixture was concentrated in vacuo, taken up in 2 N HCl and extracted with DCM. The organic layer was dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo yielding the desired product A3 (2.02 g) as an oil. MS (ES) C24H32N2O7 requires: 460. found: 461.2 [M+H]+.
