Vorschrift

To a solution of 5-Methyl-2-{(E)-2-[4-(5-methyl-furan-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl]-vinyl}-[1,2,4]triazolo[1,5-a]pyridine (20 mg, 0.07 mmol) in methanol (20 mL) was added 10% palladium on carbon (20 mg). The reaction was shaken under 3 bar atmosphere of hydrogen overnight. Filtration and evaporation of the volatiles afforded the title compound (6 mg, 30%). LC-MS: m/z=308.3 (MH+), tR=0.41 minutes, method A.
