The title compound was prepared by following the procedure as described for Example-83 by using tert-butyl 2-(6-chloro-2-fluoro-3-(pivalamidomethyl)phenyl)hydrazinecarboxylate (Intermediate-57, 0.050 g, 0.13 mmol), 2-fluoro-4-(trifluoromethyl)benzoyl isocyanate (Intermediate-56, 0.10 g, 0.26 mmol), DCM (10 mL) and TFA (3 mL) to afford 0.030 g of pure product. 1H NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.20 (s, 9H), 4.48 (d, J=5.7 Hz, 2H), 6.13 (m, 1H), 7.31 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.41-7.51 (m, 3H), 8.12 (t, J=7.9 Hz, 1H); MS (m/z): 489.20 (M+H+).
