The title compound was prepared according to the general procedure for the synthesis of N-Aryl-benzenesulfonamides previously described using 116 mg of (2-Amino-5-chloro-phenyl)-pyridin-4-yl-methanone and 116 mg of 4-tert-Butyl-benzenesulfonyl chloride. 1H-NMR (400 MHz, CDCl3): δ 1.25 (s, 9H), 7.02 (d, 1H, J=8.4 Hz). 7.44 (m, 3H), 7.66 (d, 2H, J=8.4), 7.79 (d, 1H, J=2.4 Hz), 8.11 (d, 2H, J=6.4), 8.88 d, 2H, J=6.0 Hz), 10.51 (s, 1H). MS: m/z 429.9 (M++1).
