Vorschrift

To a solution of compound 6e (0.144 g, 0.23 mmol) in DCM (1 mL) was added TFA (0.5 mL, 6.5 mmol) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1.5 hours. After concentration, the residue was taken up in DCM and sat'd aq. NaHCO3 was added. The aqueous layer was extracted with DCM. Combined organic extracts were dried over Na2SO4 and concentrated to give compound 6f (0.12 g). MS (CI) m/z 518.0, 520.1 (MH+).
