Vorschrift

The above-prepared [6-chloro-2-(4-methoxy-benzylsulfanyl)-pyrimidin-4-yl)-(5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine (500 mg, 1.38 mmol) in 1-methylpiperazine (10 mL) is heated at 130° C. for 15 hours. The solvent is then removed in vacuo and the residue is purified by flash chromatography (SiO2, dichloromethane/MeOH gradient) to give the desired product [2-(4-methoxy-benzylsulfanyl)-6-(4-methylpiperazin-1-yl)-pyrimidin-4-yl]-(5-methyl-2H-pyrazol-3-yl)-amine.
