The title compound was prepared following the procedures described in Example 1, Steps B-C employing 3-bromopropyl 2-chloro-4-(4-fluorophenoxy)phenyl ether (Example 20, Step A) instead of 4-(3-bromopropoxy)-3-propylphenyl phenyl ether, and (2R)-methyl 2-ethyl-7-hydroxychromane-2-carboxylate (Example 25, Step E) instead of ethyl 7-hydroxychromane-2-carboxylate.
